GST return filing in Guduvanchery
Your monthly or quarterly GST returns are prepared from your sales and purchase records. Before filing, purchases are matched with GSTR-2B, so input tax credit at risk is flagged early.

Common questions
When are GST returns due?
For monthly filers, GSTR-1 is due on the 11th and GSTR-3B on the 20th of the following month. Quarterly (QRMP) filers in Tamil Nadu file GSTR-1 by the 13th and GSTR-3B by the 22nd of the month after the quarter. The due-dates calendar on our home page lists the current dates.
What happens if I file late?
A late fee applies for each day of delay, and interest is charged on tax paid late. A pending GSTR-3B can also block later returns, so it is best to file on time even when the figures are small.
Why is my input tax credit lower than my purchase bills?
Credit is generally available only for invoices that your suppliers have reported and that appear in your GSTR-2B. The monthly reconciliation shows which suppliers have not reported, so you can follow up with them.
I had no business this month. Do I still file?
Yes. A nil return is still due for the period. It is quick to file, and skipping it leads to late fees.
